I came here after experiencing coolant leaks and was told it was my water pump. Well good news since it's under warranty. I decided to just get my oil changed. Well I took my VW eos into Volkswagen dealership and when they did their multipoint inspection they found so many things that this place failed to mention. I wanted a thurough inspection for my car. This place charged me 200 dollars total and their inspection of my vehicle failed to find some major problems. Better yet the dealership vehicle inspection was recorded and a technician actually was talking throughout the whole video! Really wish I went straight to the dealership than wasting my time here. Edit for business owner; yes but you failed to catch the upper heater core flange leaking oil. It would have caused the water pump to fail. So if I didn't have that warranty you guys would of repaired that and then what? Halfway through repairs tell me about the core flange?
Sorry you had a disappointing experience. We aim to provide the best service at all times. Please let us know what we can do to make it up to you. The charges you are referring to are for two different things. A service on the car along with a diagnostic charge for the cooling system. You did some research and found out there was a recall on the parts we recommended and so it makes perfect sense that you would take it to the dealer for those free repairs.
