"You know, cars are funny! I've taken all three of my German cars into German Motors but unfortunately had to go back at least a second time on all three too get the problems resolved...three times on one. Not sure if it's the cars or the quality assurance. Although they do get it right eventually, and generally support their product (service). I don't like the separate labor charges for diagnosis and then for repairs. But don't get me wrong, they're my first choice for repairs because of their competitive prices and good mechanics| not considering the distance down to Industrial road. My second favorite shop near Summerlin does diagnostics and code checks for me complimentary...hmmmm. No charges for experimenting on the solution and then executing the repair. Maybe it's time to step up your game guys? On a final note, they did resolve the secondary (or third-ondary) "Check Engine" light, and within 30 minutes or so of my quick U-turn back to their shop| but why not BEFORE I left the parking lot? Maybe check the vacuum lines more carefully. Maybe a little road testing could go a long way too. PROPS to J.C though in the transportation department....a true class act. One more chance then you go to the number two position."
