"The last time a mechanic worked on my 2003 BMW M3 was about 5 years ago. Until last week, I have been doing all of its maintenance work. On my way to Las Vegas from California last Friday, I noticed a minor cooling problem on my vehicle. Bad traffic and hot weather put me in a situation where it was not reasonable for me to turn around to change vehicles. I figured that I could have it checked by a mechanic in Las Vegas or I could check it myself when I get back home. I found German Motors on Yelp which was less than a mile from our hotel and decided to give it a try. Ramon (who speaks with an amusing Boston accent) and his son Blake were very efficient and quick in diagnosing the problem: a clutch fan, a secondary fan located behind the radiator, broke which they replaced in due time. Ramon and Blake made me feel at home and allowed me to hang out in their shop. They made me feel very comfortable| they treated me like family| their pleasant Filipino traits were evident throughout the short time I spent at their shop| were very nice to talk to| honest| plus an excellent customer service. A combination of all these earned them my TRUST. Needless to say, because of German Motors' excellent and very efficient service, my driving experience going back home was fun and exciting (and fast): well within one's expectations when driving an M3.
